Data Deletion
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data associated with Velora (com.kodmap.velora), a mobile application by kodmap. It is the deletion request route referenced by our Privacy Policy and by the Google Play Data safety form.
Velora has no account and no server of ours. There is nothing of yours on our side to delete: your activities, routes, photos and generated videos and posters are stored on your device and rendered on your device, and they are never uploaded to us. Velora does use the network — but only to fetch map and elevation tiles, which carry nothing about you (Privacy Policy, section 4).
Everything below therefore happens on your own device, immediately, without asking us.
1. Delete a single activity
Open the activity and choose Delete recording, or swipe it in the activity list. The recording and everything generated from it — the videos and posters, and the settings behind them — are removed from the device.
If you had written that workout to Apple Health, deleting it in Velora does not remove it from Health. Health keeps its own copy, which you manage in Apple's Health app (Browse → Activity → Workouts).
2. Delete something you generated, but keep the activity
In Studio, delete the individual creation. The generated file and the settings behind it are removed; the recording it came from stays.
A video or image you already saved to Photos, or sent to another app, is outside Velora at that point. Delete it in Photos, or in whichever app received it.
3. Delete everything at once
Two ways, and they differ:
- Settings → Delete all recordings removes every recording and everything made from them, while leaving the app installed. It cannot be undone, and it does not affect workouts written to Apple Health.
- Uninstall Velora. That removes the entire local store — activities, imports, photos attached to them, generated files, privacy zones, and your settings.
4. Privacy zones
Privacy zones are stored only on your device and are deleted with the app. You can remove an individual zone in Profile → Privacy zones.
Note what a zone does and does not do: it removes the covered part of a route from everything you export or share going forward. It does not alter routes already exported, and it cannot reach a link you have already sent.
5. Route links you have already shared
A route link carries the route inside the link itself, after the #. That means we never received it and have nothing to delete — and equally that we cannot recall or revoke a link once you have sent it. Whoever holds it can still open it. If you have shared a route you would rather not have, the only effective step is to ask the recipients to delete the message.
6. Apple Health
Withdrawing Velora's Health permissions (iOS Health app → Sharing → Apps → Velora) stops any further reading, but does not delete workouts Velora has already imported into its own local store — remove those as in section 1 or 3. Conversely, deleting Velora's data does not delete anything in Health.
7. Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a Velora Pro subscription, because subscriptions are held by the store, not by us. Cancel in your Apple Account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), and request refunds through the store's own policy.
Your purchase record is held by the store and by RevenueCat under a random, anonymous identifier (Privacy Policy, section 7). If you want that record removed, write to us and we will action it with them.
8. Still need something?
Because we hold no personal data about you on a server, most requests have nothing for us to act on — but if something here does not match what you see in the app, or you have a question, please write to us:
